bowls?

I just realized that it is Jan 1st and I have not watched one Bowl game. What is wrong with me!

Are you ready?!?

It’s here. The time of year where I actually look forward to Mondays. Where my Saturday schedule starts at noon (well 10). Thursday nights are even better and Sunday’s are packed. Friday nights are spent under the lights after a week of trying to figure out where I’m going. Reality points become fantasy points. Hank Williams Jr. music blars.

Football season.

There is nothing better. Actually it is even better this year since I’m watching it in High Def. The difference is outstanding. Well worth the 7.99 extra a month.

So far I have been impressed with USC, Alabama and ECU. What the heck is up with ECU? Go Pirates I say. I would love to see them make a BCS bowl. That would be great.

As for the NFL I’m liking the Cowboys. Personally I can’t stand “America’s Team” but I have to admit they look very strong, very complete after their first game.  Brady’s hurt. Peyton’s scared. It’s Romo’s year.

Also, I won my first fantasy game.
